Fill out our pet medical history form before the appointment. It will help us evaluate if your pet is a good candidate for a cleaning.

Evaluation & Deep Cleaning
If there are no behavioral or health concerns present during the evaluation of your pet’s mouth, we’ll proceed with a deep cleaning and polish of their teeth.

You Receive Before & After Photos
After the appointment you’ll receive an email with our findings as well as before and after pictures of your pet's teeth.
